The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of £14.90 per hour plus other great benefits. The service is s a purpose-built 120 bedded property offering residential, nursing, residential dementia service, nursing dementia services, respite and end of life care as well as specialist care for adults with physical disabilities.

The skills required for this role are:

·         Good leadership skills

·         Good understanding of nursing

·         Excellent clinical skills

·         must be a strong leader

·         very good clinical skills For clinical lead

·          good clinical hands on skill,

·         know what makes a good care plan,

·          know about pressure sores, audits, wound care

·         You must be qualified as a RGN or RMN and Registered with the NMC
